Latin Word of the Week: columba (COH-loom-bah) – dove.  The Holy Ghost of course is described as a dove, as a columba in the Gospel of St. Luke.  There are many names, saints and derivatives of this word – most probably come from the aspect of “dove” as a figure for the Holy Ghost, such as a columbarium.

Notes:  We forgot to talk about about Christendom Lunch! So this part of the notes is carried over: Or Should we call it Christendom Brunch? 🙂  Should we number them like Super Bowls?  Christendom Lunch II.  Or Christendom Lunch  A.D. MMXVIII?
