Latin Word of the Week: hostis (HO-stees) – enemy.  What English words might come from this Latin word?

Notes:  We have only four more learning classes this “year,” including this one.  Two for lesson 8, and two for lesson 9.  We have one “special” class left, on 5/13, which will be our end-of-year party.  No “pilgrimage” this year I am afraid.

Classwork: We start Lesson 8, “The New Saint Joseph Baltimore Catechism Book 2”

Homework: Review Lesson 8 (and of course always review all past Lessons).
