Our Lady of Mt. Carmel chapel was established in 1986 and the first Mass was celebrated in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Tatarko as the second area chapel to offer the Traditional Latin Mass.  Soon the striving mission was moved to local hotel conference rooms and finally to Moore Funeral Home in Arlington where it grew and flourished. After four years at Moore Funeral Home the tiny mission was finally able to purchase a permanent home at its current church location in North Richland Hills in 1992. Our regular pastor is Father Ian Palko.
